Each item is carefully prepared for shipment to ensure it arrives in perfect condition, ready to elevate your space.
Our shipping process combines trusted postal services, professional couriers, and our own local delivery team to guarantee the highest level of service and safety for every order.
1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking details or delivery information.

2. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times depend on the item’s size, weight, and destination.

Delivery times are estimates only. While we always strive to meet these timelines, unforeseen delays (e.g. courier network issues, weather, or high demand periods) may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
3. Delivery Methods
We use a combination of delivery options depending on the item and location:
a. Standard Mail
Smaller, non-fragile items are shipped via Royal Mail or equivalent postal carriers. Tracking numbers are provided once dispatched.
b. Courier Delivery
Larger, heavier, or more delicate items are shipped via trusted courier partners who specialise in furniture and fragile goods. These deliveries are often scheduled and require a signature upon receipt.
c. Local Hand Delivery
For select regions within the Greater London and Surrey area, Homeware Life offers personal delivery by our in-house logistics team.
This ensures delicate and bespoke pieces are transported with the utmost care, directly to your doorstep.
Delivery scheduling will be coordinated via email or phone once your order is ready.
4. Handling of Fragile and Oversized Items
Many of our items — including handcrafted sculptures, crystal vases, and solid wood furniture — are delicate or heavy. Each piece is individually inspected, wrapped, and packaged using reinforced materials to minimise any risk during transit.
For particularly fragile or oversized items:

5. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product size, weight, and destination.
For certain large or high-value items, a custom delivery quote may be provided after purchase to ensure the best possible rate and handling option.
Local deliveries by Homeware Life may be subject to a small service fee, agreed upon before scheduling.
6. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom and offer international shipping on selected items.
If you require delivery outside the UK, please contact us at info@homewarelife.co.uk before purchasing so we can provide a tailored shipping quote and confirm eligibility.
7. Delivery Access Requirements
Please ensure that delivery access points (doors, hallways, lifts, staircases) can accommodate the size of the item purchased.
If an item cannot be delivered due to restricted access, additional redelivery or return costs may apply.
If you are unsure, please contact us before placing your order — we are happy to assist with measurements and delivery planning.
8. Missed Deliveries and Redelivery
If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier will leave a note with redelivery instructions.
Repeated failed delivery attempts or refusal to accept a scheduled delivery may result in additional charges.
For Homeware Life’s local deliveries, missed appointments may incur a redelivery fee.
9. Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care to ensure your order arrives safely. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@homewarelife.co.uk with photos and order details.
We will promptly investigate and offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.
10. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information (where applicable).
For large or local deliveries, you will be contacted directly to arrange a suitable delivery date and time.
11. International Deliveries
International shipping is available on select products. All customs duties, import taxes, and related fees are the responsibility of the customer.
