We want you to love every piece from Homeware Life. However, if for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, undamaged, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.

For larger items, Homeware Life can arrange a collection from your location for an agreed fee, which may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.
If the return is due to change of mind or customer preference, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable service for your peace of mind.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@homewarelife.co.uk if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Handmade & Custom Pieces
Many of our products are handcrafted or artisan-made. Variations in texture, colour, or finish are part of their natural beauty and not considered defects.
Custom, bespoke, or one-of-a-kind items are non-returnable unless damaged or faulty upon arrival.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return your current item. Once your return is approved, simply make a new purchase for your desired product.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, unused, and with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
