1. Are all Homeware Life products handmade?

Yes. Most of our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans, using natural materials such as marble, malachite, crystal, and brass. Due to the handmade nature of our items, slight variations in color, texture, or pattern may occur — making each piece truly unique.

2. Are your products genuine stone, marble, or crystal?

Absolutely. We take pride in using authentic, high-quality natural materials. Every piece is carefully inspected to ensure it meets our quality standards before it reaches you.

3. How can I be sure that what I see online is what I’ll receive?

We make every effort to accurately represent our products through detailed photos and descriptions. However, because materials like stone, marble, and crystal are natural, minor variations may occur — which add to their authentic beauty.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

4. How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Delivery times vary depending on product size and location:

  • Small items are shipped via standard mail or courier and typically arrive within 3–7 business days.

  • Large or heavy items (such as sculptures or furniture) may take up to 2 weeks, as they require special handling and professional courier service.

We will notify you once your order has been dispatched and provide tracking details when available.

5. Do you offer local delivery?

Yes! For customers based in the Staines-upon-Thames area and surrounding regions, Homeware Life offers local delivery for larger or delicate items. In some cases, we personally handle delivery to ensure items arrive safely and in perfect condition.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we primarily deliver across the United Kingdom, but we can accommodate international orders upon request. Please contact us at sales@homewarelife.co.uk for a personalized shipping quote.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

7. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged. For full details, please review our Return & Refund Policy.

8. How do I start a return?

Simply email info@homewarelife.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process and provide the necessary details for shipping or collection.

9. Can you collect large or heavy returns?

Yes. For oversized or heavy items, we can arrange a pickup service for a pre-agreed fee, depending on your location and the item’s size.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other secure payment options supported by Shopify Payments.

11. Is my payment information secure?

12. Can I change or cancel my order?

We start processing orders quickly to ensure prompt delivery. If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately after placing your order at customercare@homewarelife.co.uk. Once your order has shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Since natural materials vary, we can show you available options before confirming your order. This ensures you receive a piece that matches your desired tone and character.


CARE & MAINTENANCE

15. How do I care for my marble, malachite, or crystal items?

Handle your pieces with care and avoid harsh chemicals or abrasives. Wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth and dry immediately. Keep marble and malachite away from acidic substances like lemon or vinegar, as they may etch the surface.

16. Are your items safe for outdoor use?

Unless stated otherwise, most of our pieces are designed for indoor display. Certain sculptures and metal artworks may be suitable for outdoor environments — check the product description or contact us for guidance.
